Intuit QuickBooks has several updates this month.
1. The Mailchimp interface with QuickBooks Online allows you to market and increase sales. The updated Mailchimp features enable you to sync data in real-time and remove manual data entry, saving time and enhancing productivity. Mailchimp has a free plan, but now ProAdvisors in the Gold, Platinum and Elite tiers can test out Mailchimp paid plans with a 15% discount.
To learn how to use the QuickBooks Online and Mailchimp integration, you can read how your peer Jody Linick tested it out last fall or watch an Intuit video about it.
2. There are two new improvements to QuickBooks Payments to streamline usage. First, there is a new "Accountant Enablement Page" to provide a useful tool listing the features and advantages of QuickBooks Payments, allowing you to advise your clients more easily. Second, Intuit has introduced "Automatic Matching." This new function automatically matches bank deposits to payments using the bank ID, saving you manual entry and improving accuracy.
3. The Knowify Connector now integrates QuickBooks Online Advanced at no additional charge. The connector allows users to sync data between Knowify and QuickBooks Online Advanced.
