John Bottoms

John is a Consultant Empowerment Manager at Woodard, overseeing the Cin7 Core consulting and training division. He has over 25 years experience delivering customer, partner, and stakeholder outcomes in a variety of fields across 30+ countries. At times the stakeholder has been the poorest individual in the slums of Kenya and at others the C suite executives of 2 of the largest global corporations. At the end of the day and after a lot of experience, those two aren’t really that different. Both want to drive successful outcomes for the people they care about, both want to innovate and create new things for their world, and both want to come to the end of their lives and be remembered for doing something that really mattered. My passion is helping people get to those places in their businesses, in their workplace, and even in their lives whether it is through software innovation, workflow and process design, behavioral science evaluation and training, change management, or whatever it takes!
