Dax Wiseman started working in IT in 1990 and likes to say, “Before you could get a college degree in Information Technology!” He was trained by Dell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, VMWare, and many other vendors. He holds vendor certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) specializing in Microsoft Exchange Email, HP Accredited System Engineer (ASE), VMWare Data Center Virtualization as well as VMWare Network Virtualization (VCPDC and VCPNV), A+ certification, Network+ certification, and many others. Starting as a configuration technician, he advanced to Systems Engineer and ultimately to executive roles, including CIO and CTO. Dax spent 20 years with his pervious company, building a successful MSP and a public cloud offering and has provided service and hosting for large and small businesses. Dax led his team to achieve SOC 2 Type 2 compliance for their public cloud services and successfully renewed this certification for several years before his exit. Driven by the evolving security landscape and a passion for helping small businesses, Dax founded ULLR Technologies. Inspired by his wife’s experience as a CPA and the complexities of IRS compliance, he is dedicated to protecting CPAs and other financial professionals.
