QuickBooks “Stretcher” Products: Woodard partners with the ProAdvisor community to implement solutions that “stretch” the use of QuickBooks. These stretcher products allow QuickBooks to function as the financial solution (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) while taking the operational front-end use out of QuickBooks, allowing much larger organizations to remain on QuickBooks. Examples of stretcher solutions are:

  • Advanced Inventory Solutions with the functionality of tracking inventory parts in one or more locations, tracking parts by serial numbers, lot numbers and/or expiration dates. Manufacturing inventory parts is also facilitated in these solutions. Currently, WCG partners with Fishbowl InventoryDear Systems Inventory, and Cin7 Inventory.

Some companies may have truly “outgrown” QuickBooks. There are financial indicators when a business needs to move to a different accounting solution. These requirements often include more advanced multi-currency or multi-entity requirements. WCG is an authorized Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementor for these companies.

Microsoft MS 365 Product Licenses

Woodard Consulting Group provides Microsoft 365 licensing services to accounting professionals and their client end-users.
