Woodard Welcomes Shirley Koss as Community and Member Success Manager

We’re excited to share that Shirley Koss has joined the Woodard team as our new Community and Member Success Manager—a role designed to bring even greater value to our coaching and membership programs for accounting professionals.

At Woodard, we believe that strong communities drive professional growth. Whether you're a CPA, tax preparer, bookkeeper or another accounting professional, the power of peer connection, continuous education and a strong support network can transform your practice.

Shirley’s mission is to help you maximize these opportunities, and she's eager to connect with all of you—both current and future members—to share ideas and grow the community.

A new role with a clear purpose

The Community and Member Success Manager role was created to ensure that every member of the Woodard community can fully leverage our programs and resources. 

Shirley will work directly with members to: 

  • Foster meaningful relationships with peers in the community.
  • Help prioritize educational and coaching pathways to achieve individual goals.
  • Support members as they build their practices around Woodard’s Ideal Practice Model™, which focuses on sustainable growth, client service excellence and maximizing profitability. 

Additionally, Shirley will represent Woodard at industry events, helping spread the message of practice transformation and keeping a pulse on the latest developments in the accounting profession.

Shirley brings years of experience in building successful communities and ensuring member engagement, and her dedication to the success of professionals is clear.  

She understands the unique challenges accounting professionals face and is ready to help our members navigate those challenges while taking their practices to the next level.
