How the Top 100 ProAdvisors are chosen

The ProAdvisor program is a global network of accounting professionals who are experts in QuickBooks. They specialize in setting up, troubleshooting, and customizing the software for small businesses, providing strategic insights to drive small business success. According to William Murphy of Insightful Accountant, the Top 100 ProAdvisors are chosen from a group of professionals who are very engaged and influential in the field and getting named to the list is no easy feat. The evaluation process involves an in-depth review of each candidate's performance across multiple areas. These categories are designed to assess the ProAdvisor's overall impact in assisting businesses to thrive through their deep knowledge of QuickBooks and their exceptional service delivery.

The criteria that determine a Top 100 ProAdvisor include, but are not limited to:

  • Product Expertise: Candidates are expected to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks products. This includes not only the basic functionalities but also the nuances that allow businesses to maximize the product's capabilities.
  • Customer Service: The ability to provide high-quality service to clients is a crucial criterion. This involves responsiveness, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to translate complex technical issues into accessible solutions for clients.
  • Peer and Community Engagement: Interaction and collaboration with the ProAdvisor community is another key consideration. Candidates who actively share knowledge, provide mentorship, and engage in dialogues with their peers demonstrate leadership within the community.
  • Professional Development: Lastly, a dedication to continuous learning and improvement is fundamental. Top 100 ProAdvisors are characterized by their pursuit of professional development opportunities, staying abreast of industry changes, and constantly seeking to improve their skills and expertise.

The Top 25 Up-N-Coming ProAdvisors, on the other hand, are recognized for their potential and upward trajectory in these same areas, marking them as ones to watch in the coming years.

With these rigorous criteria, the Top 100 ProAdvisors and the Top 25 Up-N-Coming ProAdvisors indeed represent the best of the best in the field.

Congratulations to all the winners!!
