QuickBooks Adds E-signature Capabilities

DocuSign eSignature is the latest addition to QuickBooks Online Advanced Premium apps, designed to address pain points of small businesses.

Intuit is launching DocuSign eSignature Connector by QuickBooks to help small businesses digitally sign estimates directly from QuickBooks Online Advanced. By lowering costs and improving employee productivity and efficiency, this new feature of QuickBooks Online will save customers can save, in addition to time, an average of $36 per contract.  

DocuSign eSignature Connector by QuickBooks allows small and mid-sized businesses to reduce the time involved in preparing and sending estimates to allow more time to serve their customers. With DocuSign eSignature Connector, they can close deals faster and provide a digitally based, more secure turnaround; streamline and automate the sales estimate process; and stay on top of progress with notifications of DocuSign documents. 

QuickBooks recently integrated several applications, including Bill.com, HubSpot, and LeanLaw to create an all-in-one financial and business hub. BillPay for QuickBooks Online by Bill.com allows bill payment directly inside QuickBooks and LeanLaw allows legal professionals to integrate timekeeping and billing clients within QuickBooks. The DocuSign eSignature Connector by QuickBooks application is the latest addition of best-in-class apps and purpose-built integrations that power growing businesses and help them digitally transform.
