You couldn't make it to Scaling New Heights this year? We are definitely disappointed we won't see you at the conference. But we are happy to announce that we will be using The Woodard Report and social media to give you the gift of some Scaling New Heights goodness. Read on to learn what we will be reporting and how you can access it!

To make sure you don't miss out, follow these two steps.

1. Follow us on Social Media

2. Make sure you are subscribed to The Woodard Report (if you are subscribed and haven't been seeing the newsletters, check your "Junk" folder and mark it as from a safe sender)

Note: We will be publishing articles throughout each day. Feel free to bookmark The Woodard Report in your browser to check on stories throughout the day when you have a free minute. However, we will send out our daily newsletter each day (including Sunday) at 1:45 PM Eastern.

Main Stage

The main stage is a huge part of the inspiration and education at Scaling New Heights. Conference veterans probably remember some of the excitement that Joe Woodard has contributed in the past. My first Scaling New Heights included fire dancers on the stage! But, my favorite main stage was in 2019 which included two different elements that I personally found impactful - the marble drop on the main stage and the story of the butterfly. (And I won't leave you hanging. I'll share both of those lessons over the next few weeks, because they were both so relevant to me, to you, and to our profession.)

This year, our coverage of the main stage will include quotes, news, inspiration and education from main stage presenters. We will be on social media during each main stage session and then, following each session, we will publish articles that provide more in-depth information. Here is the schedule for main stage sessions:

  • Sunday, 4:00 - 6:00 PM Central
  • Monday, 9:00 - 11:00 AM Central
  • Tuesday, 9:00 - 11:00 AM Central and 4:10 - 5:10 PM Central
  • Wednesday, 9:00 - 11:00 AM Central

Interviews with Thought Leaders

Throughout the conference, we will meet with a variety of individuals who have insight into the accounting and bookkeeping professions. Many of the questions will be around specifics of practice management, professional development, technology, etc. But we will also ask about where they and their own companies are now, what one big idea is that they hope to see come to fruition in 2022, and how they as individuals hope to make a significant impact in the world.

Big Announcements

Scaling New Heights is always full of announcements. We will make sure you know what is happening, including the location and theme for Scaling New Heights 2022. And we won't let you miss out on the One Day Sale, which will be the one day of the year that you can register at an incredibly low price!

Learn About Conference Partners

One of my favorite parts of going to any conference is walking the exhibit floor. I have found that companies who have invested in traveling to a company are those who want to hear from their customers. They are willing to answer any questions the attendees may have and they are willing to ask questions so they can listen to their audience.

During each day of the conference, we will introduce you to part of the software and service providers who have shown that they want to get to know you and to solve your pain points. We will provide their list, a description of what they do, and a link to contact them. By the end of the conference, you will have gotten to know all of them!

What else interests you?

Although we won't be able to report on the breakout sessions during the conference, we will have follow-up articles over the weeks and months to come about many of the topics being taught during Scaling New Heights.

We do want to know what interests you about the conference. Please comment and we will try to respond here in the comments or expand our coverage based on your requests!
