Tania Santos, EA has been in practice since 2005. In 2017 she became an IRS Enrolled Agent and has since represented many businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service; helping them resolve both simple and complex issues. Many of those issues are related to unorganized and incomplete books and records. Tania's passion for helping small business owners has taken her on a journey to create a space that she calls "The small Business incubator" in her area Monterey County, California. with the purpose of communicating to business owners from the beginning that Tax compliance starts with complete and accurate books.
