Brandy Jordan
Brandy currently serves as the Catalyst at Woodard, where she leads operational improvement through monday.com implementation, process design, governance, team training, and cross-functional project management. She also serves as a lead designer, creating visual, instructional, and communication assets that help make complex information easier to understand and act on. A self-proclaimed “Jane of All Trades,” Brandy is driven by curiosity, creative problem-solving, and building practical systems that help teams work better. She holds a BS in Fine Arts and has pursued graduate studies in Global Business Administration and Instructional Design and Technology. Before joining Woodard, Brandy served as the Concept Alchemist at High Rock Accounting, where she contributed to the development of the Nucleus program for accounting entrepreneurs and supported marketing, education, and design initiatives. Prior to that, she brought her creativity to Xero’s Partner Relations team, supporting programs and communications for accounting professionals. With a background spanning operations, project management, design, education, and leadership development, Brandy brings a rare blend of structure and creativity to her work. Her experience includes building teams and departments for startups, creating leadership development programs, coaching public speakers, and using design to improve learning, communication, and execution.
