Lauren Theobald

Lauren Theobald has spent 9+ years in accounting — 7.5 of them at Pilot — and has seen the work from just about every angle. She started on the customer deliverable side, doing the bookkeeping and later managing a team of bookkeepers, before moving into Program Management, where much of her focus has been on R&D. Today, as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives, she connects the dots between how the work gets done and where the business is headed. In Behind the Books, she pulls back the curtain on the details, decisions, and quiet complexity behind clean financials.
