When asked what winning the award means to the firm, Rose said, “This may sound weird, but the award validated our journey of the past ten years.  It was more than an ‘atta girl’ or ‘way to go’ acknowledgment. I mean, don’t get me wrong, that part was nice. But it was more that our vision, our direction, the struggles, the effort, the blood, sweat, and tears, if I am being honest, were being cheered on and celebrated.  I don’t think that, as human beings, we do a great job of celebrating our accomplishments and/or wins. I think we are more inclined to see what isn’t working or what still needs to be done. But this award really had us stop [and] take a moment to acknowledge our team and our clients. Because we are not in this alone.”
