The latter involves three steps, including what they call the “Diagnosis” and “Therapy” steps, in which the firm evaluates their client’s current filing practices and then provides them with a corrective action plan based on the first step.
“This award has shown me that a well-respected bookkeeping firm can be run by a tie-dye rocking, flip-flop-wearing boss babe,” said Sadler. “We do not have to conform to the norm to be respected by our peers. It's about being you, loving your clients, and working your butt off every single day.”
The firm celebrated its award by publishing articles in its newsletter and posting on its social accounts, thanking its team and clients. “We were ecstatic to share with our customers what we had all achieved together,” Sadler said.
